true it is that some of the indian soldiers are indulging in this sleaze.India should reduce its military personels in Jammu n Kashmir especially in Kashmir and revoke the speial powers given to its soldiers under Armed Forces Special Powers Act and Disturb Areas Act,otherwise their soldiers would indulge into this sleaze as a matter of habbit which would be detrimental to Army descipline and especially to its international image.Indian should also notice that rape of kashmiri women at the hands of Indian forces would some times provoke and turn the whole kashmiri nation against the Indian establishment and that tide India would never be able to stop,remember the frustration is brewing.
