Question: what will happen if somone use one Unit more ?

I use my computer for about 15-18 hours a day…that will make my electricity consumption about 120- 134 units per month. I consider myself as a middle-class citizen in India… I wonder what are the people of Kerala going to do with this kind of electricity rates ?
I dont get it… Communist government is against the civil nuclear agreement with America and they are doing this to their own people ?
my montly usage of electricity is about 500 units now. [I have a computer, a fridge, and washing machine, which is there in most of the middle class households in India]. If I was living in Kerala….i would have been giving about 4000 Rupees as my current bill ?
