Moola.com is givng away 500 to 1000 IRS to anyone who visit their store today evening from 4 pm to 7 pm. Large amount of people gathered in and around the mall creating huge crowd problem. People who didnt get money, finally, got agitated and pelted stones at the mall.
Mumbai police got caught in this as they were not very clear to how charge the company on this issue. Finally company was charged with IPC 147,148,and 149 on promoting riot.
Company promised to go on with more of such publicity stunt in other part of the country as well. Clearly, news stories developed from this and extra publicity from the crowd trouble all are good for the business of the website moola.com.
